About Friends in Focus:
Friends in Focus is a group of like-minded people who want to make a difference and broaden their spiritual horizons. You are welcome to join us for inspirational interactive talks and workshops.

We meet on a monthly basis and recent events have covered a wide range of topics such as Angels, Shamanism, Celtic History, Meditation, Healing, Relaxation, Chakras and Auras, Spirits of Plants and Stones, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Dreams, Crop Circles and Atlantis. You will also find information on local therapists, shops, healing cards and books.
